Marc S. WiesnerAssociate Attorney
California born and bred, Attorney Marc Wiesner attended Santa Clara University and graduated with honors. During his time earning his law degree, he earned several awards for his excellent performance in a wide variety of courses, and represented his university in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition. Attorney Wiesner was also awarded the Herman Wildman Social Justice Writing Award for his incisive analysis of human trafficking laws. The New York State Bar Association utilized this analysis in their own assessment of NY’s trafficking laws. Now, he is one of the hardworking and dedicated Sacramento workers’ compensation lawyers at the Law Offices of Bo Katzakian, where he continues to work to make a difference in people’s lives.
Attorney Wiesner worked side-by-side with District Attorneys, Federal Prosecutors, and Superior Court Judges from 2011 to 2014, assisting with a variety of criminal matters such as vehicle code violations, petty theft, possession of child pornography, rape, homicide, narcotics possession, and white collar crimes. The time he spent there has equipped him with extensive experience in trial settings.
